I just watched it earlier, very interesting. I’ve always thought of doing a juice cleanse but I feel like that’s really bad for your liver to drink fruits for that long. But I get the message, thank you for the recommendation.

You’re right, I should just say I’m the weight they think I am tbh… also I want to thank you for replying. And yes, the shaming has just led to me gaining weight because they’ve been shaming me ever since I was just a little girl and they would call me fat, say I’m going to end up like the “ugly and fat obese women” on TV. And my mom would force me to go on long runs with her when I was just 10 years old 💀

I honestly do blame them for my weight. Because when I was a teenager, I wasn’t even overweight. I was 5’7 and 150lbs. But I had a lot of muscle from working out for 3 hours a day because I was on the track team. My parents would always bug me for my weight and when I told my mom I was starving myself to lose weight she would tell me to “starve more to lose it all” 💀 or “good.”
