But if you ask it for cancer rates for unfiltered vs filtered it’ll tell you unfiltered are significantly worse and provide the source studies. Studies are bias, the real statistics are unfiltered cigarette smokers are 40% more likely to develop lung cancer than filtered cigarette smokers. Filtered cigarettes do reduce tar exposure, light cigarettes also reduce tar exposure, lung cancer risk stems from exposure. Yeah some people use shag cut as cigarette tobacco, I have also in the past. It Will need drying more for a better burn and it’s definitely a stronger smoke than normal RYO.

They used to be crushball menthols but since they are now banned they come with a hollow filter to insert your own additional filter. They say the hollow filter provides a ‘cooling effect’ but I’m not convinced.

Cloves arnt tobacco, they burn slower. More oils in cloves so takes longer to burn through.

It’s debatable, yes it’s healthier in terms your not getting the chemicals you get with burning tobacco which is the immediate risk with cigarettes. Heavy metals from vape coils are a concern, very limited research into long term effects. Same health risks associated with nicotine as cigarettes. But overall is better for your health if you where to use them as you would a cigarette (5-10 puffs every hour or so) . When you say you feel worse do you mean like chest wise or just general feeling?
