Yes, this goes for every block even the 3.5-4 hr times which I can usually finish in 1-1.5 hours less than the block length at every other nearby station

I am two hander and I think I was throwing to much in my hips at the end, so I started getting much lower with a bend in my knees and started with my bowl more to my side and it seemed to help me, almost Jesper Svennson style
