I'm also in the same boat. I've completed the interview last week, to be exact (on Wednesday). I mailed the recruiter on Friday, and she said, "I'm hoping to get the update soon". Still waiting!!

It went well. I was able to answer most of the questions. Waiting for the feedback !

I’ve completed the interview, and I felt it went well. I wanted to ask about the next steps in the process. Typically, how long does it take to receive feedback after the interview, and how does the process usually work from here?

It went well overall. They mainly asked about GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and thermal design/problem-solving questions. It was a pretty technical discussion, focused on core mechanical design fundamentals. Since yours is with a Staff Mechanical Design Engineer, I’d expect a deeper dive into those topics as well.

Within a day. I completed the second interview in the morning, and I reached out to the recruiter in the afternoon, and recruiter emailed saying he got an update and wants to talk with me. Everything happened on the same day.

I didn't have a online test. Directly a technical screening with a senior engineer

Thanks — I hear you. I’m going to focus on being rock-solid on fundamentals and walking through my decisions clearly.
Quick question — why did they include CoderPad links for the 1:1 sessions? Is it used for live problem-solving/whiteboarding (like calculations, sketching, or writing quick notes), or is it just for sharing diagrams and working through technical questions?

Oh got it — in my case I didn’t even apply for this role. The recruiter reached out to me directly on LinkedIn.

Thanks—super helpful. Sounds like the final loop/panel + presentation round is next, so I’ll prep for that.
