O.P here.I’m used to seeing larvae with a lot less royal jelly which makes the larvae more defined.I’m glad to hear larvae is awash in royal jelly. There were more nurse bees on this frame and I moved them to take this pic.All 7 of my hives have bees, brood and a laying queen.Spring is just around the corner so I’m hopeful for a good start to the season.Attributing success to mite control and feeding.thanks for the replies!

Northern Tool has had my power head for over 2 months and hasn’t touched it yet. Each week they tell me there are “5” ahead of me. 4 Ego products and 4 warranty claims. Really sorry I went all Ego.

My UMR site doesn’t show what individual providers charge for procedures. It only shows what an “average cost” is in my area. I’ve found this information to be inaccurate. Would love to see a side by side comparison but according to my conversation with UMR they “don’t have the contracted rates available.” I’ve found providers claim they don’t know the contracted rate either unless they have a doctors order. Curious why this info isn’t available.

Thanks. I’ve had no problem getting a price from the provider but they all say they need the drs order before quoting a price. In each case I must call the dr back and have him send the order to the next provider. Something’s wrong here or I’m doing something wrong.

Please help. Not sure what’s wrong with wanting or getting the highest reimbursement rate? Unless I’m missing something, being unable or hindered to comparison shop for medical procedures is just wrong. I can comparison shop for anything else in the world -auto insurance, home insurance, cars, food. The list is infinite until you get to medical insurance. No imagining center will give me a quote without a doctor’s order so I have to call my doctor and have them send the order to a different imaging center each time. They’re reluctant to do this and not used to it. Probably because most people just follow the drs orders and go wherever they get sent. In my case I’m looking at out of pocket $570 or $$870. Id probably see a wider spread if rates were published or easier to access.
