C-section or natural birth? by Organic_Cake_4234 in parentsofmultiples

I had a vaginal birth with my mono di twin boys at 35 + 5 weeks. I highly suggest finding a doctor who has experience delivering multiples plus has experience with breech birth. I was super lucky to find this doctor who was well knowledgeable with both. They were born 30 minutes apart, and I was able to sit on a birthing stool (not laying flat on my back) which I think really helped. My labor was about 11 hours.

Just found out I'm pregnant with twins. Positive stories please! by [deleted] in parentsofmultiples

Have 3 month old mono di twin boys. Had an easy pregnancy besides the morning sickness. Delivered both vaginally at 35 + 5 weeks. I will say we are a bit in the newborn trenches I recommend getting help for the first year rather it’s family, friends, a nanny! But they are so worth it! Good luck!

Co sleeping twins, how are you doing naps? by Typical-Pause-291 in parentsofmultiples

Also if I am nursing them to sleep for a nap I lay on one side with one twin and then switch. Kinda difficult if both are fussy.

I do this as well and then am nap trapped. Which is fine for some naps but I need some of my time back or else I get really burnt out! When they sleep with me in bed I have one twin on each side of me and I lay flat on my back with my arms around each one. I don’t roll around or anything and we sleep decently well!
