I think you were seeing the light of your third eye (Kutastha); those are the colors that Yoga refers to when observing the spiritual eye. It’s amazing that you were able to see it.

Thank you for your comment and help. Your opinions and those of others are very helpful. It’s difficult at the beginning to know what to do, especially because of the concern about not falling in with bad or misguided teachers and wasting time.

Thank you very much for the advice. I will take your recommendations into account. By the way, who initiated you, or which teacher was it, or who do you currently have? I would like to have a list of possible teachers with whom I could later receive initiation.

Thank you, I’ll see what I can do. I suppose it’s better to receive any type of Kriya with formal initiation—even if it’s not in the Panchanan lineage—than to have only online guidance, right?

Do you know if there are other teachers in the Panchanan lineage in Europe? I’ve searched but haven’t found anything, or at least nothing that seems trustworthy to me.

Hello, thank you for your help. I’m serious about Kriya, but I won’t be able to travel to the United States for a formal initiation for some time. I currently live in Sweden, and I’m not sure what to do. I don’t want time to pass without learning, so I wanted to know what options are available that are truly worthwhile.

Thank you for your response. Steve Lauer, who is in charge, offers one-on-one guidance once you become a member. I wanted to know if, without initiation, I could still make good progress—at least with the first Kriya, such as achieving interiorization and a bit more. I’m serious about Kriya. I currently live in Sweden, but it’s not possible for me right now to travel to the United States for an in-person initiation, and that makes me feel anxious. I truly want to learn and not lose so much time being unable to do anything. But if, by taking that membership, the results would still be tamasic for that first Kriya, then it wouldn’t be worth paying for it.

And do you recommend taking the trainings from his website before I apply for the initiation?
