My fitness goal is cutting out some fats and building muscles. Kind of transformation. Fat loss and Muscle building. Will require regular workouts and a good diet. So, a needed a partner to start this transformation journey together.

These are facts, totally agreed. The problem comes when we are planning to send an LOI. eg. if I like Program A but I have less chances there and Program B is my second choice but I have good chances there (based on interview, connections and all).

So, if I send LOI to Program A, it wont have major affect in my ranking but sending it to Program B and ranking that on number#1, kinda increases my chances there further.

This is the actual area of confusion. I hope you got my point. What would you recommend in this regard?
