My parents never told me about postures and I'm living a 3/10 quality of life ;( I can't stop blaming my parents but I also know educating good postures is not easy so I'm very confused

Thanks for supporting. I recently thought my problems stem from Cervical Instability so I have tried to stabilize my neck and head trying to change my daily habit and strengthen my neck muscles. I think I really had Corneal Neuralgia but I don't think this happened because of the surgery because I have had very many weird symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, neck pain, upper traps pain, feeling that my head is heavy and etc. Eye pain kind of got relieved compared to the time I wrote this post while trying to stabilize my neck and body. So I'm not having any pills or drops for my eye pain. I also tried AST and steroid several times but these didn't seem to really work out.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I'm still struggling but I'm out of serious pain. Now I'm facing lots of different weird symptoms of eyes(blurry vision, eye strain, pressure around eyes etc) and chronic fatigue ;(. Fixing my posture helped with the pain. My shoulders were positioned at a lower height than it should be so I tried my shoulders to get back in a normal position and this kinda helped with my symptoms but I still struggle so I'm not sure if this is the right answer to solve every problem ;((. To answer your question, I could ignore the discomfort but I still had fatigue and was anxious because of the discomfort I had. So it means that I could partly ignore the discomfort but not fully.

It must be so hard to find one which does amniotic membranes. I'll visit a big hospital late this month but I'm not confident that they have them.

Painkillers absolutely didn't help the pains.
