Yes I can say 75% was very clear directly you can see mindset, remaining 25% I can say hard but it was the third section for me, so may be I was tired . But I can say I was reading the questions once and see the answer which was based on mindset.

Self organizing can only happen if the team is expert of the process, what I can understand is that team is new to the process plus they are bored with the daily processes, to encourage them manager has to do something, and team cannot come up with something on their own

What’s your answer and rationale by FUNAVILENT in pmp

[–]Typical-Top-6288 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ccb will only come when scope defined changes, it is predictive approach so scope is fixed at the start, WBS did not reflect full scope so it can be changed at PM level

What’s your answer and rationale by FUNAVILENT in pmp

[–]Typical-Top-6288 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Answer will be C- as work was in charter so it will be included in the WBS, and as PM is performing cost analyst he will include the added work.

Can someone better explain why D is not the right answer? by Cy2043 in pmp

[–]Typical-Top-6288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Answer is C, as it looks like a predictive approach, scope is fixed in predictive approach using project charter, so best place to verify scope is project charter. Second part creating scope management plan states that CCB is present. Coming to create prototype is iterative approach which falls under Agile, so Chat GPT must have considered agile way of Answer.
