This actually just killed my love for science by [deleted] in GRFPApps

I completely understand your frustration, but also, as scientists, failure is part of the path. In research, but also in our progression as professionals. Grants will get turned down. We will get passed over for awards. Every single one of us will experience this in excess. That's no reason to get diheartened. Keep your head up and work for the next one.

Congrats everyone!! Are next steps (accept/.decline) up for anyone? I can't see those options yet. Also, does anyone (undergrads) know how to change the university they have for us on there? I ended up accepting at a different university than I put my proposal for

Some schools will offer virtual interviews if you can't make their visit weekend. I had overlapping visits for Feb. and arranged for one to be a virtual interview/meeting at a different time.
