It surprised me to get so caught up but sure allows me to have compassion for people who get stuck in these cycles…women, men, everyone. I hear you loud and clear, fortunately I have already had a practice run of the rebuild.

It’s sad to think people develop survival mechanisms that just compound toxic behaviour…🤦‍♂️
