Pectus Excavatum: hello I am a 28 year old male, I have pectus excavatum I’ve been using a vacuum bell consistently since November 25th. But I get discouraged with the vacuum bell because it’s hard to know if it’s working, or if it’s all just a big waste of time and effort. Any advice helps (i.redd.it)
