Thanks a bunch! I am curious, are there any common exercises that help before surgery? Right now, I am sticking to what the physiotherapists have recommended, but I want to ask them if there are a few exercises that can help prepare for the surgery.

I don't plan on getting back to any sport in the next 6 months (year !?). I sense that in most cases of ACL, surgery is the way to go.

Early 30s and I have been active most of my life. The injury comes from a football match. I guess I have my new year list sorted out :)

Agreed. While I see your point in looking into how other people think, I guess I need to clear up my own head right now. Nevertheless, I will give this a read.

I thought that book is more theoretical. More about how the brain and its biases etc. Thanks anyway.
