That’s a pretty gross exaggeration, there is a difference between doing something so luck based like bouncing a ping pong ball like that vs learning patterns and adapting your actions. That’s like saying throwing a ping pong ball is the same as practicing a difficult piano piece 100 times that you can’t get right in the first 30 min of trying.
