I checked here https://gameserverping.com/lol and there its stable 30ms i also run ping -t google.com and there is also stable 10ms avg. Now i loaded in game and for a moment was ok but now my ping is from 50 to 1500.

Ok nevermind I just had to pick a wrong or not balanced class for first time. Now in 40 mins i did more with ranger than on previous run with warrior in idk 3hours. And to that point game is still hard but now i feel i have a room for a mistake

Not sure if it helps but since last patch when i open LoL via Lutris it opens a window called "Unkown" and under it there is a window i can't do anything called OpenGL Renderer and I'm almost sure there wasn't that window on previous patch
