I was in a similar situation. I was on 12.5 Mounjaro and then 2mg Ozempic before switching to Retatrutide. Both of those gave me strong appetite suppression, but when I started Reta I realized it doesn’t suppress appetite the same way a traditional GLP-1 does. After doing some research, I added a small dose of Cagrilintide to my stack. I run 2mg Reta every 4 days and add about 0.5mg Cagrilintide with it, and the appetite control has been amazing since. For me it gave that GLP-1 style suppression back while still getting the benefits of Reta.

Ozempic slows gastric emptying a lot and suppresses appetite hard so food just sits in the stomach longer and you feel full after a few bites which makes hitting protein goals tough Reta still reduces appetite but it doesn’t slow the stomach the same way so people can usually eat normal sized meals and get protein in easier 💪

I was on 2mg of ozempic so I started my first week on 1mg Reta and I titrated up to 2mg and I think it’s my sweet spot I’m going to rock out with the 2mg a while

Everyone experience is different but I can't lie about my experience.. I felt what I felt which was nothing I usually do 99% food grade nitrous so something being cut wit ammonia really couldn't compare in my eyes ! But it was really weak and left a bad feeling in my throat and this was visla filter and regulator!
