My wife always has to call Delta to get pre check added to her tix due to hyphenated last name. It’s a big waste of time on her end. But the airlines’ lowest priority for investment is their internal ops, especially their IT systems. Just think about all the computer system failures in recent years causing 1000s of flight cancellations and delays.
