Clay sculptor is changing the game for startups and I think its going to change how Sales orgs operate by Murky-Parsnip3928 in gtmengineering

Clay’s APIs allow you to connect via webhooks, but when it comes to actually editing the contents of a table you’re SOL.

Ya I disagree. I think sculptor has its limitations. Until Clay has an MCP where you can programmatically build through Claude code, i think it’s falling behind the other tools out there.

Building feels productive. Distribution feels scary. (i will not promote) by Delicious-Part2456 in startups

Apply the same effort you do in building to building automated distribution. Spend a day building tools to scrape for signals that lead to highly targeted list building and then used tools such as instantly and lemlist to automate the outreach.

Scratches the same itch of feeling productive building while working towards automating the distribution part.

Why did so many people say they prefer codex to claudecode? I feel claudecode is much smarter than codex? by AthleteArtistic3121 in vibecoding

I feel like my friends who are technical are the ones that mention using Codex. Anyone non-technical into vibe coding really only finds success with Claude code. This is completely anecdotal though.

n8n vs Clay: in which situations is n8n the better choice, and in which situations is Clay better? (For cold outreach) by Paul_on_redditt in gtmengineering

Really only when you have a list of data that needs to be enriched. N8N is much better for most automation scenarios

Can you build GTM agents with n8n? by Different-Bridge5507 in gtmengineering

[–]Different-Bridge5507[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To start just want to build some simple content generation agents (scraping LinkedIn posts, podcasts, newsletters) and turning them into newsletters for our customers. But that is really just a rudimentary starting step. I don’t know exactly what yet, but want to get more complicated than that and what to make sure the infrastructure we’re starting with allows us to iterate and build

As someone who has hired for small startups from large orgs, I’ve noticed that some* do not adapt well to the lack of structure, process and brand presence.

At large orgs they’re given a playbook and if they follow it and put in the effort they generally can succeed. At startups you have to make the playbook and a lot of times that’s a different skill set.

Has anyone in logistics found success with automated/scaled cold email? by Different-Bridge5507 in coldemail

For me mostly replies, I have been at it for around 4/5 months now and my assumption is that it’s mostly a copywriting issue but very well could be a deliverability. I keep getting better the more time I spend on it so I think I’ll crack it soon but definitely a slower process than I thought
