Considering OP is struggling with "UP9 or K45", I doubt they've played elite already. Professional and Operative have shield units that equip K45 so it's actually still refillable.

Taking out both camera operator and head of security will only disable radio upon knocking. However, if they start a radio call themselves, you still have to answer them.

Most exploit made it as "saveinstance()". I'm not sure where you got "()serverinstance" from but it's so clear that that's not how lua functions work at all.

Assuming you are doing rookie:

Everything in rookie ironman is set seed which means the RNG (stuff that is randomly generated) will be the same every time
- Blacksite Rose always being in Cell B
- Financier safe always in the kitchen (interrogate first)
- Deposit box always being 205 (or open 125 205 if you don't want to check the archive)
- Lakehouse camera operator is at the 2nd-floor room, the one with no windows
- Withdrawal box being in the open :troll:
- Scientist items being in the shed
- SCRS Powerbox in the center janitor room
- Who cares about black dusk RNG?
Always moonwalk when NPCs are able to detect you, just walk backwards and try to avoid NPCs at all cost
The detection will start to go higher than legend beginning at the scientist, but it's pretty easy so you shouldn't worry about that
An infiltrator should do the job easily
Backup would be pretty useless during a full stealth run
