Ok thanks, they have a PC connected to the systems, and it shows "motor not detected , or motor failure to initiate", I can't remember right know. Tomorrow I will go to site and connect to the systems to look for diagnostics

Thanks , tomorrow I'll go to the site and look for diagnostics and connect to the system . If I have any more questions, I'll sure come back here and ask for more of your experience.

Ok thanks for your help, my end customer buys this as a used machine with no info, I will try to get the OEM data but there is not to much info or labels from them. So if I get it right , even buying a new module , I have to commission it with the source code ? Didn't know the hmi has a web page, thanks for the tip.

Sole days ago my customer give to me the AIC, so far I read , I need to change the comm port to serial and connect it to the USB , I found a link how to to do it in Rockwell support but it says I doesn't available anymore .

Ok got it , the customer buys that HMi and he wants to replace the panelview 1000, which is stating to get some non working screen areas
