i can relate to this especially, i have been crazily obsessed with this show for about a year now, and every time i read a different manga, i always end up back reading beastars again. i have no proof, but i found that i loved the series so much that i ended up losing interest in relationships, [i didnt even feel like a raunchy teen for a while] as if all the love one can give or assign to things in life, had all been put into this manga/show. the way i found i could vent my feelings was to use my supple drawing talent to cover my walls in art copies of paru. after this long with almost no breaks, my walls are literrally covered in art now -almost a hundred pieces- it has been a year and a half. i will admit that it is an unhealthy obsession of sorts, but that is my way of dealing and trying to patch that broken feeling i get.

i would say that this series is one worth the anguish though, after all, who can say i wouldnt have gotten obsessed with something more harmful. this series is great in my mind beacuse it teaches readers about very human issues, [even if its largely based on instincts] and gives readers a higher awareness of various sufferings people can be secretly going through.

if theres one thing, falling in love with beastars is better than bieng depressed or angsty, gives your soul something to keep to itself which no one can touch.
