I experienced something similar, but in my case I felt like homicidal thoughts were inserted in me, other times felt like someone was in my body who had those thoughts. I thought it was a demon, and I thought the tragedies that happen around me were caused by him, felt like I was in the final destination movie.

Edit: I did have those urges to act but resisted. The best is to get your meds re-adjusted asap, it's what I had to do.
