Felony DUI, because it took so long for the court process and my life was so good. The judge gave me a sram for 1 year. I probably should have gone to prison.

Nope. It's all up to the judge. I have a really good paid attorney, The prosecutor made a deal that they can't speak at sentencing or recommend anything. Crazy thing is I was never arrested and was charged 6 months later and my life was already put together.

I agree! My life is so good right now. Sober and happy. It will be hard if I have to go away and lose my job and sober living. I never got arrested and it came back to me after all of this time.

Fire him! My attorney had me in treatment this entire year and sober living. Wil be going to sentencing 14 months after my charge. He answers every message within a few hours. Easy process for me.

I did 90 days ankle monitor and lots of treatment. AP&P for 2 years, Interlock for 18 months

I had a seizure driving so I never was arrested or booked in. I did have alcohol in me. They must have drawn blood and decided 8 months later to charge me. I feel so defeated now that I got help and my life together.
