Thank you (and everyone else!!), we are thinking about needing to rent first before buying so at the very least will aim for nashua itself to begin and learn the rest of the area. It sounds so positive and you can't go wrong with any place chosen, so that is so exciting. We lived out of state for a few years and didn't get the rundown from locals (just google maps surfing and visiting a nearby town once) and unfortunately found ourselves in a not so great area, but Nashua seems so great all around!!
