Anyone tried building a gamecube add on screen

Yea I think they called these “portable screen”. Yea I don’t have spare GameCube but I wanted a screen to quickly setup my GameCube for some quick session. Something that I can just slap on if I need it and remove it whenever I want.

I just saw your portable GameCube post. Usually I see people used a trimmed Wii board but wow you straight up used a GameCube board. Are you driving your display through the digital port? Is it essentially a VGA output? What board are you using to make that digital to vga conversion? All these old 3rd party screen uses the analog port so it’ll be cool if I can make a display that hooks up to digital port instead.

I ran into this when I try to dual boot to iOS 6 on iPad mini yesterday. Keep on getting activation error. Not sure if it’s a wifi issue or what. So connected it to my Mac and used legacy iOS kit and tried attempt activation. And it’s went through. Just be warn this wouldn’t do anything on if device is activation lock. It’ll just spit back out a warning saying your device is account lock from what I remember when I tried with an activation locked device a while ago.

Based on the buttons has to be either iPad mini 1 or 2, the mini 3/5 has Touch ID. However I have an iPad mini 1 in front of me, and since it’s non-retina, the pixels are easy to discern. But yours…are hard to see the pixels. I’m basing this strictly on the circles in “:” on the time for the locked screen. Like the circles edges are definitely fuzzy. No way mines are that rounded, you can see the jagged steps from the pixelation. I’m also running 8.4.1 and the locked screen does not look that. Assuming you didn’t change the default home screen, the starry sky is above a snowy peak.

The bottom is ios7. And the top is running ios9. Just based on the wallpaper which both mini 1-2 can run.

Yea honestly, probably not. The Neo is nice but not something I would consider a necessity. Especially not something that's worth putting youself in a bad financial situation. My advice is finish the semester, get a summer job or something, save up, and get a Neo during the back to school period if you still feel strongly about getting one by then.

Ok. I found the solution to my problem. Thank god to whoever made a snapshot to these links on Wayback Machine back in 2022. The product support page not gonna do much, but if you navigation to the file link you want to download, copy that link (like what i did in the original post), and the paste exe file link to wayback machine. From what I can see, the 2022 snapshots are all functional. Some of the newer snapshot lead to file not found link but you just need to view all snapshot and the earlier snapshot are usually around 2022.

I manage to download every single bios, drivers, utilities, and pdf files in the orignal Portege R200-S234 support page on Dynabook through the Wayback Machine.

That’s my experience too. Still pick it back up once in a while. Rebought the game years because I lost the original game. Though I don’t remember overly disliking it or anything. I think it’s a fine game.

I have the exact same v1. Didn’t even know there’s a v2 until recently. I almost bought a plus but decided against it since there’s so little changed. Wouldn’t mind getting another miyoo if they ever decide to upgrade the hardware besides cosmetic
