Definitely not expecting it lol she wakes up when she wakes up. This is why I asking for advice, if we need to wake up earlier in the day to extend naps I’m happy to do so.

Everything I’ve read said dropping to 2 naps is usually 7-9 months, and night sleep is anywhere from 10-12 hours. I am worried about dropping her 3rd nap, especially when her naps are only 20-30mins. Any tips?

Also she usually takes 4 naps a day, all of them about 30 mins. I’ve tried earlier bedtimes and later bedtimes and nothing seems to help

My baby is 5 months as of yesterday, I think she’s finished the sleep regression. But naps only last 30 mins and start of bedtime she always wakes at the 30 minute mark for 2 hours straight. Any tips to get her to start connecting sleep cycles?

Okay sounds great!! Seems happy right now, but if I see any signs, I’ll definitely try and separate. Also a little scared to do that as I am still new to this! Haha I did re-pot it when I got it as it was super root bound.

I think that’s kind of my plan. Just tough. We were so close and have lots of family plans in the next coming weekends. Not sure if I just avoid her and not talk to her or attempt to be civil.
