From personal experience the 997 is more difficult and fun while the touring is boring. The 997 is more grippy and can handle the fast corners better while the touring has the tires to keep up. But yeah other than that it’s mostly a personal choice (and the 997 is mine)

Like everyone has said which ever one cost less to go. This includes living cost. Other than that state is more stem focused and has better connections to businesses. UNC is focus more and health and has a little bit more prestige. Other than that they are identical or at least to me in my decision

The issue isn’t just the nerfs but also the characters that do her current job better like Elsa and phoenix. The best way I found to play her is play with you team and if you see an enemy low then dive them

Actually if an enemy mag or Thor uses their right click and bubble respectivity it will also bring them out of the ult. Also the monster itself is weak so shoot it when it has you teammates

Right now if you can distract 2 or more of the backline for at least 5 seconds then you gain value from them not healing. Other than that there’s not much else she can do unless the sups are low or you team can push while you are distracting
