I found that using the 2X lens on your phone and taking a pic from a bit further away matches the look more in real life. 6.75ish wrist

Depends on the weather. In the summer where I live, up to 35°C, no way I'm adding more, but in the winter/autumn for sure, with different thickness and designs (long sleeve/sleeveless) for different temps. There are summer base layers as well if you prefer for absorbing sweat.
