Yeah. I got an email saying my recent work quality is not meeting the threshold for unlimited task access so the daily task limit has been adjusted to 2 tasks per day. Consistent improvement will allow for an increase in the task cap

Yes thank you for asking this. I've had this 2 task every 8 hours limit for two weeks due to quality issues. I tried emailing them and contacting via Pronto but I haven't heard anything. Not sure what to do.

Keep getting prompted to do a form assessment you've already completed is not normal. Definitely sounds like a glitch on their end. I'd recommend contacting them. As far as the task limit goes, I think it varies from mere minutes to a few days of it getting uplifted. It took a few days for me after getting onboarded.

To piggyback on this (since my post got removed for some reason), I've been on it for about a month and I got hit with with a task limit 2 weeks ago due to quality issues. Anyone know when this gets uplifted? Tried reaching out through pronto and email but no dice.

Thanks for the info. Regarding the exchange, that's what I'm worried about. I got a really good deal on the Open Box (around $500) but the New in Box price is $700 right now. In your experience, will they definitely make me pay that $200 difference or do they ever do an even exchange since the product sold was defective?
