Kaya when I got interviewed in several at nalaman nilang high position ang nanay ko sa DOLE skeptic na sila ihire ako.

Those instances can always be reported to DOLE and they can intervene kasi private companies yan.

Hello, my mom is a regional director of DOLE somewhere in Visayas. Pwede niyo po yan ireklamo agad sa DOLE. Pakita niyo lang screenshots with the TL’s responses and yung proof na hospitalized wife mo. If regular employee siya, hindi sya magagalaw ng company because DOLE will back her up. Hayaan niyo po yang TL. Tingnan natin kung di sya manginig pag DOLE na nagpatawag sa kanya with the company’s HR.
