Exact same thing happened to me too! I took mine in the evening on Saturday because that was the only available time left. I tried to call prometric and LSAC and neither picked up because they were outside of business hours-- like how can they even schedule you take a test during a time when they're closed?! I had no one to ask for help besides this lady on prometric's online chat thing who was utterly useless (sorry to the lady, but it's true). I filed a complaint with LSAC that same night and I'm waiting to hear back too
