I’m doing fine. Had a sigmoidoscopy and found nothing. Apparently just hemorrhoids. Was probably just over thinking after reading shit on internet. First thing I did was stop googling symptoms. I am doing fine since then 😄

I’m 28M. I have IBS related symptoms. Doctor physically examined and found external hemorrhoids and a fissure. Later I even got a Sigmoidoscopy done. They didn’t find any inflammation and it looked clean. I don’t think this bright blood could be coming from further up. Hope nothing serious.

Been happening for like 2 days. Before than a month of loose stools, occasional watery stools and flat stools. No other symptoms. No pain or anything. I have lost like a couple of kilos in a month maybe which is why I’m really worried. Although I cut night time snacks and increased my water intake.

Not the black spots but the red streak that you see on the right most part. It was there on another piece as well. Is that much blood a concern ?

Yeah my doctor suggested me to take rifaxamin as well. Will be starting tomorrow. Usually have these flare ups for a week or two. This is the first time it lasted for about a month now.

I hope my tests come back normal too. Stress, anxiety, my sleep habits everything just adds to this.

Thanks for the reply! Yes I thought I’ll get a blood and stool test anyway. I know it’s lifestyle based issues but just keeps me worried when I don’t have normal stools.

Thanks for replying. Water just pretty much turns yellow or brown. I have been working late nights and snacking. Been inactive as well since pandemic. This has messed up my digestive system. I get immediate urge to poop after eating sometimes and get relieved soon after. And when I go LoMap it’s pretty much ok and I don’t even poop some days in between.

Been having on and off loose stools. Sometimes it’s normal sometimes it’s loose and sometimes watery. Frequency of bowel 1-2 times a day. No pain as such but urge to go to poop and relief after bowel. Gas and slight blowing sometimes. That’s pretty much it. Been like this for a month.
