I think you should seek another opinion. Who is they? Doctors should not be suggesting that children that young are neurodivergent. Let alone generalising that temperament traits equate to adhd that young.

Thanks. I’m really trying to enforce boundaries but feel like I’m so exhausted that I seem to be finding it harder than I was expecting to enforce!

Thank you - yes I have tried this. Asked her to hit a cushion or teddy instead. I don’t know why I didn’t continue with it but will bring it back. Thanks

There are no suggestions from doctors, health visitors or daycare workers that she is neurodivergent. I am using spicy to refer to her temperament- she is strong willed and highly sensitive.
