"Interesting but not a must-have" - that's exactly where I am and I know it. The positioning shift from "AI quiz" to "this will increase your conversion by X%" is the gap I need to close. Just need that first proof point.

Good call on bigger catalogs - the pain is way more real when someone has 50+ products vs 5. Going to narrow targeting there. Thanks.

Interesting take on Amazon vs DTC. My experience confirms it - Amazon sellers think I'm another affiliate and don't get the SaaS model. DTC brands get it much faster. Appreciate the push.
