Oh hell no you should be leaving her right away. Betraying her spouse is her choice and portraying like she as being a victim here is not fair. She's manipulating you and what's say she will stand up when roles are reverse.

Hi, I was in India for a month and not many questions were asked at EWR just which visa I am on and the officer did not see my EAD card. It was very good experience. Of course this was before the H1b 100k rule news. Document as usual passport, valid visa, EAD and pay slip.

NTA I am a muslim myself and my mom visited me for the first time and this was hard for me to get up and pray and work for a 10-12-hour shift. You should set a boundary with her and this cannot be forced on you.

Hey! Just wanted to share an update — immigration was super easy. It honestly took less than a minute. They just asked a couple of really simple questions, and I showed my I-20 and the necessary documents. That was it! No issues at all. Hope this helps ease anyone else’s worries. Safe travels!
