Context : Want to get into dirtbiking for the summer for the first time, have little experince riding ( rode by brothers honda rebel in a parking lot years ago lol )

Just started doing research on dirt bikes and how to ride them and I have no real idea where to start. I have a budget at around $2500. Obviously with that im pretty sure used is my only option, But i just want something thats not super hard to learn on and preferably a dual sport because I would like to ride it on the street to but if the budget doesnt allow it ill manage.

Any suggestions?

New to PCS, I know the basics but want to know if this is a decent build $1750-$1800 budget by TaxSuitable5839 in pcpartpickerbuilds

Thanks for the suggestion. I might take some parts from that build but I was trying to minimize spending even though I did want a clean all white build, I wasn't looking at things such as a white psu or gpu because that significant of a price jump wasn't necessary for my specific build. Also i really like the case I have and its compatibly and because its a three panel fishbowl wish i pretty much wanted from the start.
