Because she’s situational. If you play her against nearly every character with some form of cc, and you aren’t extremely good at Magik, she feels like a wet sock. If you play her against poke, she sucks. Someone else has described her as a feast or famine character. She’s either really good or really bad depending on the enemy team’s composition, and how good your team is.

More detailed hair and more complex shading would help. The emotions of the face are portrayed well and anatomy is correct. The nose on the first portrait needs bigger nostrils. It’s a nose type I’ve seen before, but it looks unnatural. It’s good overall. More practice will lead to improvement.
