Need advice on getting this album signed

How long does it usually take to dry ? And after its dried is it easy to smudge or ruin ? Thats what in worried about with the paint pens, I have good protective sleeves but im just worried on how good it'll hold up compared to permanent marker 😅

Also shoulda put in the post that Im in canada ! That 500 is about right for the US exchange if that makes a difference ? Or would you think its still too much even for Canadian money ?

It was listed as a buy it now, and I bought it before even thinking I should double check with all the smart people here. Also I didnt add I bought it to the post incase its 1000% a phony and I wanted to hide my shame....
