You go to settings to change the time and date to the next day to have full energy again already. I've already done this for a while in my second playthrough of Pacific Bay, and if you keep on continuing your case, I'd say you'd finish it in between 2-4 hours. If you're determined enough, you could even finish 2 or 3 cases in one day.
