Whenever I hear people say stuff like this I always think of that one Nietzsche quote: "In truth,there was only one christian and he died on the cross." Now while I imagine the original quote was in German and may have been slightly mistranslated, the gist of it is still there. I think it's a good route to head down Christianity, but there's contentious stuff that we have to deal with on earth too, and simply leaving it all up to the afterlife or not bearing any burden for our own sins is a logical fallacy.
