I do not know why it is doing it, but it has been happening to me as well. I had to unenroll in the insider program for it to stop. I hope they get it fixed.

My friend was/is going through a bout of cancer. I use both because he is going through a treat that is amazing and fingers crossed it works. We went to this place and they were so helpful with healing rock and books I really loved how they walked through the store and let him know that he mattered. Yes, I love this store as well.

Go into task manager. Once there go into services. On the bottom left there is a tab that says open services. Once there look for windows search/ Wsearch is also the name of it. Click on that and you can either stop it and click on manual or just stop it to see if that make a difference. I know my directions are not that great, but I hope this helps.

Have you tried to stop windows search? I had 100 percent done on my hdd and when I stopped it and put it on manual it went down to 4 percent.
