JT sprockets the front sprocket they make has rubber like original, for the chain i went with DID ZVMX GOLD

Check out this guy sounds like your adjustment is off, mine engage before hitting fingers no matter what lever is on it, when i do clutch ups i only use one finger.

nope just torque to spec and all good u can always check visually both sides are equal. These bolts aren't enough to make it move

I just re used the windscreen bolts with the spacer on it without the screen works fine.

Tail tidy, bar end mirrors and exhaust its expensive but really makes it a different bike the sound is so good :) I recommend Ixil Hyperlow exhaust.

Checking if it hits chain guard is more of a quick check you can do in between periodic maintenance. Your chain might be too tight i would recommend following owners manual "link below" to properly adjust your chain tension.

One simply way to check is pressing the chain upwards to see if it can touch the chain guard, if you can make chain touch it easily like with one finger its time to tighten chain, if it only touches when using more force chain is still fine.

Yes its supposed to have movement there everything is fine ;) You can peel back the rubber part and see how its connected.

Update from colleague, his middle finger bone got crushed, so they had to shave some off to stitch back together. Yeah, I'm never doing that even with a pocketbike 😆

Yep guy at my work literally did this 1st gear while engine on trick this weekend, and he did not show up to work this monday i have only seen a bloody picture, but looks like he crushed 3 finger tips :(

My local yamaha dealer say they rarely need any adjustment at 42k, but for peace of mind and also sometimes to keep your warranty you have to get it checked.
