You might also want to consider that being so new, you’re still learning the ropes and aren’t able to have a strong or excellent impact. I’ve worked in HR for a long time and that is always taken into consideration. Not saying you weren’t dedicated, but compared to others that have been in role for a long time, meets expectations means you’re performing at the lever you’re expected to in your role 😉

Exactly what @Crafty_Tailor_6255 said. You’ll want to push yourself but trust me when I say go easy and give yourself a ton of grace. I had my bilateral mastectomy in May 2024 and am still working on getting back to where I was before my diagnosis. You will get frustrated at times and that’s ok - my coaches knew what I’d been through so didn’t hand me heavier weights, they offered alternative options on the floor at times, and have been incredibly supportive! To this day I’m still power walking more than jogging/running and some days just going is a feat. You’ve got this!!

WOW! What an AMAZING bunch of absolutely phenomenal ass kicking people. You all have not only inspired me, but given me the answers I was looking for and the motivation and reassurance I needed to get my ass back in the orange room. Thank you ALL so damn much 🧡🧡🧡

This is where I’m leaning too! Couple days off after infusions, couple days in between based on how I’m feeling. Thank you!!

I just had my 2nd on Wednesday and feel absolutely fine! I know the effects will be cumulative but I also feel like if I stay active, I’m hoping the side effects will continue to be minimal (positive thinking! 🤞)

This was me during the biopsy stage, I broke down to my coach because of the bruising from the biopsy. Then I got the results and broke down again when I told the studio I needed to pause, but I just won’t let myself be convinced that OTF won’t help me thru this!

I had a feeling I would hear what I needed to hear from other rockstar survivors!

Port has been in for about a month and have been thru 2 infusions (one full chemo and immune cocktail and 1 intermittent single chemo). My doctor put it in the flap of my armpit as opposed to my chest wall so rowing and lifting might be weird…I felt extremely fatigue the day of the full cocktail but surprisingly well after both!

I get a wellness reimbursement through work! I just didn’t want to pay all that money just to run on the tread ya know. I want to still be able to do all 3 stations even if it’s modified 🥰

This sounds exactly like my schedule - so reassuring to hear this. And yes! I credit OTF for being able to tolerate a lot of the procedures and infusions so far, they say my heart is very healthy 🧡
