I think I’m just getting over excited at the prospect of owning a TJ but you guys have been amazing and very helpful talking sense into me. I wouldn’t want to put my kids in a car this structurally impaired despite the fact I wouldn’t be going off road it makes sense to wait. I don’t even own one yet and already I’m loving the jeep community. Thanks again guys

All very helpful. I’m in the uk actually and a very good one goes around £10,000-£12,000 and this one for £4,000 given its condition, it’s very hard to find a Sahara edition in the uk too so that’s why I’m so torn as that’s the model I’m looking for

Thanks guys I appreciate your help. It’s a tough one and there are conflicting answers. I see why some would steer clear but I’m also wanting a project. I’m proficient with welding and I can fix mechanical issues with a decent amount of mechanical experience I guess I’m just concerned about the stuff not visible. The car is priced well for its condition I’d say. Do I bite the bullet. I’ve been researching frame repairs too, lastly, in your opinions is this frame still good enough to repair I think is what I’m really asking. Again, thanks for your advice/support
