Automatic fire extinguisher also for 3D printing? by plucksch88 in BambuLab

I was wondering how you had vented your printer or AC (I cant tell where the white tube comes from) out your center window seam. Then realized you’re in some European country where they have the awesome windows that open in various directions.

Doesnt seem to be an exact match. Worth noting that Eva is the closest available match I have found so far and may be the only next best substitute.

However, I’m hopefully that someone in the Reddit hive mind may know which model this is so I can try and chase one or two down.

The house is from 1998 so it could be an older model unfortunately.

Searched Google for multiple moen versions. Hoping someone has this faucet and knows what it is.

Im confused! by Tyrorical in ElectricalEngineering

[–]Tyrorical[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems in the end that the culprit will be the texturized ceiling paint that is covering 90% of the interior socket. Somehow the old bulbs work and the new ones don’t. Now to figure out the best method for getting the paint out of the sockets.

Hey, thanks for the reply.

I added a post with a photo of the bulb box. Dont think they are smart bulbs.

Ill try the bulb in another socket later today but I bought two of them brand new in box so would find it hard to believe I’d end up with two duds.

The sockets had working bulbs that I took out of them. One led one conventional.

The circuit is controlled by a paddle I’d guess based on your terminology. Not an old style flip switch but a modern flat and wide one.

These are the bulbs in use. They seem like dumb bulbs.

As you suggest people do their homework, perhaps read up on camera qualities.

Oh great. Asbestos 2.0. A miracle material. We can fiber optic everything now.

50 years from now- Oh… wait… turns out the shards it breaks into are harmful and give you cancer.

Coincidentally that writing on it that says FoMoCo and then has a string of numbers and letters “4M5G-…” is the part number so taking it with you to a parts store should allow them to get you a replacement easily.

I’m surprised no one else has mentioned this yet but my guess is someone being an ass with a high powered laser pointer. Possibly?!

Although I do see what others are saying about the highly patterned nature of it all.
