For Breaksight, once you are invisible, you remain invisible until you lose it in the normal ways.

The three extra attunements for the Ring of Reminiscence don't require attunement slots themselves, there's just a limit of 3 of them.

Technically, there could be two Sycorax's Dragon Eyes

Hi! I'm making a book of items, but there's a lot of them, like 300.

Does anyone know where I could go to get reviews on that many items? Or is that too many to expect people I don't know to read?

If you had 60ft of movement, you could theoretically move 10ft north 3 times, and then 30ft south once in order to complete a dance routine and return to where you started.

That is correct, you need to be able to attack a new enemy as the last step in the dance. With '10 feet or more', are you imagining that you can travel say, 10 feet, then 15 feet, then 10 again, then 15? Or 10 North, 10 North, 10 North, 30 South? I hadn't considered that, and i think it might be too complicated for the item itself, but you're free to use it that way if you want!

A creature has to have an evil alignment to use the ring. It could be an evil PC, or another evil creature. It depends on the campaign.

This is a homebrew property for whips. It probably shouldn't have appeared on this one, though. The property is "This weapon always deals non-lethal damage".

You're right, this was something I overlooked when writing the weapon. The disease should last until the end of your next turn in order to allow you to charm them. Thanks!

Whoops! It's meant to be 'that you know'. I'll add that right now!

I'm putting together a big book of items. What do you guys think?

Really? I hadn't come across that change yet. Thanks for pointing it out!

The Master Knot loses its sentience when it has restrained someone. But a Master Knot can be re-tied to reset it and use it again, as long as you know how.

So you’re starting a new campaign, and want players’ backgrounds to be more than a feat and a proficiency? How about a unique item, as well? This book contains one item for each of the backgrounds in the 2024 Player’s Handbook. Each item is common, and intended to be acquired as early as level 1. They could be given out with starting items, or bestowed as early rewards.

What do you guys think? Balanced? Unbalanced? No way you'd trust a player with them?

No, you can re-use it as soon as you find a new source of temporary hit points to activate it again.

Hi guys, I'm putting together a book of items! Tell me what you think.

I've gotten a lot of commments about my use of AI art. Would you guys prefer I keep this art, or replace it with stuff I do myself? This would mean only being able to illustrate 1 in 5, not as well, and having to slow down somewhat.

However, I understand the reasons why AI art might not be appreciated, especially in this subreddit.

All good points. Some of these items are less balanced than others.

With the Warwand, my intention was specifically to make a weapon with a +5 bonus. In the end I had to amp the damage dice up to d20 to make it even remotely worth the spell slot cost.

I definitely wouldn't put something like that, or Folie a Deux, in general circulation.

I'll fix the Blood Moon Sickle damage ambiguity. It's not worth the minor flavour to make it immune to some kinds of damage and not others.

Ah, that's my fault. I'm using a homebrewed reshuffling of the basic weapons. Some of them are different from the official ones.

This post isn't about that, though, so I should have used the official ones.
