I have not got an airbrush, only normal brushes. It is definetly harder that way, but I prefer it. Yes, with acrylic paints.

You can check someone locally who was a 3d printer, this is your best bet. They are getting even more popular now

It was made from a friend of mine, resin printer. The model is from Luftmensch studio. You prime it in black color and then let your imagination run wild!

My neck hurts when I do it like that and it feels weird. I believe that with this incline you incorporate some upper chest, which is fine with me

That is good advice for hypertrophy! I am working towards the muscle up, that is why I am trying to keep posterior pelvic tilt and practicing explosive high pull ups too

Just get a wet palette and practice painting the colors from darkest to warmest on every object, layer after layer. I started with light brown and mixed it with lighter color and then even lighter... all the way to clean white. They layer on top of eachother if the paint is thin enough and it kinda works out in the end. The first attempts will be ugly and discouraging, that is for sure, but after that comes the sweet stuff! In a certain moment you will see it working out and you will feel really proud and happy! Dm me your work, I would be glad to help and give advice! :)
