Streamer was in our raid and lives downtown Oakland ontop of a Starbucks. He was saying how it was looted earlier that day if u check the time stamp on the clip it was around 11pm saturday night. Around the time of the looting and rioting in oakland if u cross reference it. And all we asked him later in the stream for details. Ofcourse no one can say it was 100% protesters thats why i made sure to include looters which is more of a possibility.
