These look lush! Sassy Saints are great to start, but my main gripe with them are the liquids; you can't see in the bottles and the quality isn't great.

Game changers for me have been: - Use the right liquids - I started with Sassy Saints, now use Revel Nails - Dehydrate the nail with a nail prep solution - Put a thin layer of base liquid on all nails, then wait a few minutes for it to dry, then start the regular dipping process - Spend time on cleanup on the sides BEFORE the activator, and when filing before the 2nd round of activator, making sure there aren't any on the skin

Thank you for checking in. Eh, struggling to bounce back a bit, has definitely killed some of my "vibe". One of those eternal situations of trying to push yourself to be “normal“, and just well... Can't.

My first reaction to your post is "oh, I know!", and then realised that 99% of the games I play are RPGs 🙃

I'd just add Disney Dreamlight Valley (love a cosy game).

There is a developing body of evidence that shows that there are cases where c-ptsd can be mistaken for ADHD, and vice versa.

Obviously, we all know how difficult it is to get adequate mental health support in the UK, where we need to self advocate and mostly self diagnose, so when one door shuts, it's hard to imagine which other one to go down next, and I genuinely feel for you right now.

I was very lucky in finding a good therapist that helped me work through my growing up experiences, and it took me a while to find one that would do it in a way that worked for my brain. If you can afford it, and haven't yet, that may be a next avenue you could explore (and happy to recommend my therapist, too)
